A Different Kind of Kindergarten

At KinderSprout, we offer a calm, joyful approach to Kindergarten, where learning happens through play, curiosity, and connection, all within a foundation of biblical values and faith-based learning

With smaller group sizes and two certified teachers leading the program, children receive more one-on-one support and truly personalized guidance throughout their day.

Instead of long periods at a desk, our spacious classroom invites movement, exploration, and hands-on learning, because that’s how young children learn best.

Meaningful Learning, Led by a team of Certified Teachers

Each day includes dedicated learning time with our certified teachers, supporting key outcomes from the Alberta Kindergarten Program of Studies.

Children build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking through engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences that never feel rushed or overwhelming.

While KinderSprout is not a government-certified school, our program is thoughtfully designed to support most, if not all, Kindergarten outcomes in a warm, play-based environment.

Flexible for Your Family

KinderSprout is designed to fit your family’s needs.

Children can attend on their “off days” from part-time Kindergarten at a school, giving them consistency, care, and continued learning throughout the week.

Looking for an alternative to traditional Kindergarten?

Children can attend KinderSprout full-time for their entire Kindergarten year, gaining the academic foundations they need through our certified teachers, while enjoying a more personalized, play-based and faith-filled experience.

She’s worked at Lacombe Christian School and Gateway Christian School before joining us here at KinderSprout in 2023. Miss Tessa recently graduated from the RDP with a Bachelor of Education. She has been working at KinderSprout as an ECE for over 3 years as the Program Supervisor.
